"Let me start by saying I wrestled with writing this review. The lady that did my mani and pedi was so pleasant. However, I want to help others not make the same mistake. I paid 115.00 dollars for gel mani and pedi. I even tipped the woman 10.00 because the job appeared fine. Once, I got home and removed my shoes. The gel polish on my toes were messed up. I went back the next morning and the lady fixed the issue with no problem. My nails did not look professional at all. (Pictures at bottom) I didn’t go back and just took the lost. However, this will help someone else not waste their hard earned money. If you provide a service and charge regular prices please learn your craft. The one star is for being a kind individual."
"I moved to a “rural” area outside of Richmond and I been looking for a good nail tech that can do designs. I been getting these boring and plain nails since I moved here. Behold I found one today! I loved my nails when I left. I sent a pic to all my friends back home and they loved them! I also love the fact they do appointments. I feel like I will never be waiting for hours if they are doing appointments! The prices was higher than I’m use to but everything is high now. Everyone trying eat. I will be back for sure for many years."
"I do not recommend no one to receive services here. You will be taken advantage of. I came to get overlay on real finger nails this man charged me 40$ to put acrylic over my real nail then charge me an extra 15$ for the gel polish. Which he said without polish it’ll just be 40$ to overlay acrylic. I got polish change on toes which was 30$. He first told me 75 then added 10 more dollars talking about gel polish is 15$ this man charged me almost 100$ to get overlay with gel polish. I highly do not recommend anyone to come to this place for service. He is over pricing and then when I get to the desk he said there is a credit card service fee. I said oh “Hell No.” as you can see he didn’t even really polish my nails properly. Paint all over my fingers, he didn’t even bother to remove it. He call his self giving me a cash discount."
