"The shop is located next to the defunct Kmart and is adjacent to a pawn shop. I love the location because it's just minutes from my home and has many parking spaces. The blend of colors in the shop is a nice touch, and I will say definitely, the women know hair. I have never stepped out with a sloppy hairdo. The problem is a matter of comfort. Yes, you book online, and it is super easy, still once you arrive -- on time -- you have to wait and wait and wait. But don't show that you're upset about the wait time. You will get attitude. Plus, they gossip about other stylists who aren't around, they gossip on the phone (the entire time you're in the chair), and, worst of all, they gossip about clients almost as soon as they walk out the door. So you suspect that after you leave, tag, you're it. Yet, I kept dragging myself back because of the location, price, and talent, but not anymore. Life is just too short. My advice is to go elsewhere. Try Silk Studio on Broad Street. Their prices are similar, but the stylists are kinder, and the wait times are not as excessive (if at all)."
