"I ordered an Italian sub but was very disappointed. The sub had so much ham on it you might as well said I ordered a ham sub. One or two slices of the Salami and Pepperoni. Guess next time I’ll have to make my own sub sandwich. For the price."
"I went too Firehouse Subs yesterday for a jerk chicken sub and to also take advantage of the free medium sub with purchase of a medium or large sub combo for the first week of January. At first the workers didn’t know what I was speaking about when I brought up the promotion even though it was plastered all over online and they work there. Then one of the workers attempted to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to take advantage of the promotion because I bought my sub combo online as if that somehow makes a difference . They seemed disgruntled that I requested the additional free sub as promised and when I attempted to eat the sub later on in the night the sub didn’t even taste good as if the sandwich was half way made. Ultimately this isn’t the service I was expecting at Firehouse."

"Haven't been to Firehouse Subs in a while. I was surprised to see no wait, and was able to order right away at 12:30pm. Friendly service had my meal ready in about 4-5 minutes. I thought the $12.88 price of my medium Hook & Ladder on wheat with chips and drink was a little expensive, but not enough to stop me from getting it again. It was very fresh and enjoyable. I ordered to go, and appreciated the hard container it was packaged in. Thank you!"
