"My family was in this store on Monday 12/18/2023. My husband and son was looking for shoes for my husband. Store manager Cathy evidently was watching them throughout the store . When I was finished browsing I went where they were.Cathy approached us after staring with a are you guy lost!! The proper approach should have been can we help you find something!!! I said we're shopping and she said I noticed the guys were over there and now they're over here. Okay so now you've confirmed that you are watching my husband and son. It's a shoe store lady... Shoes are all over the store !!So what is your point?? Cathy l watched you after you approached us and you didn't treat anyone else like that..Cathy you need to go back to management school to learn how to have a better approach. Until then let one of your more professional associates have that job!!"

"I went to Skechers on November 12, 2023 shopping. My husband has a small foot and they actually had some shoes and slippers in his size. I bought him some slippers. I looked at them as did my friend and the clerk helping me.They did not look any different that I could see at the time. Got home and decided to give the slippers to my husband before Christmas---the box has 2 different styles of slippers--same color and size but different treads and one was a tad wider and style number. My husband said this was not going to work. Called the store on the 19th. Talked to a young man who called/texted my predicament to the manager on her day off on Sunday. One of the styles was discontinued. She called me back and said they would make it right. I live in the Shenandoah Valley so running by the store was not an option. She found another shoe at another Skechers store, told me to send back the shoe that was disconinued and she would send me the mate for the one I was keeping. I just mailed it back with a copy of my reciept and I sent it flat rate with USPS and the amount of postage reciept. The manager is going to reimburse me for the postage. Cannot believe how nice she is and how nice all the associates are at this store. I just sent it today and I texted her the tracking number. Will update this when I get the shoe but a big Thank you to Kathy (manager) and Kelly (associate) who helped me the day I bought them. They have been so nice and helpful. Hard to believe that the Skechers Outlet is so helpful and efficient. By the way, the Skechers are great shoes and I plan to go back and get me some shoes after Christmas holidays are over."
