"Been some time ago, but when I came in and asked for a women's size 12-4e extra wide shoe, the first thing the person there did was tell me "They don't make shoes in that size" and then try to redirect me towards the men's section when I am a woman and asked for women's shoes."

He brought us multiple options to try, in all price ranges, and was extremely knowledgeable about each style. He did not try to suggestive sell the most expensive pair. Not an inexpensive purchase, but he offered multiple discounts to see if I qualified for any. Outstanding customer service. We will be repeat customers."
