"We were sent by Natasha at the Commonwealth Center location to Will at the Short Pump location today to fill a large task of getting our son ready for a big first weekend in his new full time job in Missouri. These two worked together flawlessly to make sure our son had everything he needed in his size. Yes, that took two stores because of his large, athletic build and we needed to have everything today! Will had what we needed ready when we got there and was able to help us add to what was pulled in order to get two looks that can continue to be built upon in the future. I can't say enough about how comfortable Will made us feel and what he suggested to get a look of style and comfort. Thank you Men's Wearhouse for the great, knowledgeable, professional staff. You have found to jewels in Will at Short Pump and Natasha at Commomwealth Center. We will definitely shop at MW in the future."

"Last minute wedding tux rental that turned into a tux purchase due to my poor planning. Matthew was very helpful in providing options, and pulled together a tux to fit my needs and come under budget in about 30 minutes. I'll eventually have to get alterations, but for a pre-hemmed tux it fits as well as anybody could ask for. Great service if you are buying."

"The guy that worked with me today on July 16, 2023 wasnt really in a cheerful mood. I started out by letting him know that the wedding I'll be attending to will be out of state. Apparently, he was not paying attention right from the start. Yeah, he measured me but he didnt quite understand my body ratio when I was trying to explain it to him. I did tell him my shoe size but it did not fit even after telling him I wear wide width shoes. He did not make that extra effort to make sure I'll be wearing the right size shoes. Disappointed overall at this branch. The last Men's Wearhouse I went to had great customer service. They treated me like an executive. This one I was treated like a low life. Unacceptable customer service!!! Update! 09/11/23 As expected...Santos the "genius" who measured me in Virginia did not listen to me to my right size. When I picked up my tux rental in California, it was so wrong even the shoe size. Please retrain this guy and fix his monkey attitude."

"Men’s Wearhouse was absolutely horrible. We used Men’s Wearhouse for our wedding suits and it was the biggest disaster that we had throughout all of wedding planning. My husband went got a custom suit and when he went to try it on and get it tailored it's like the person wasn't listening to him on the kind of fit he was looking for or just didn't know what he was doing. We were in there for over an hour when this should've taken 10 monists or less. We also got all the information on the suit and the shoes when we order them and when they told us they were ready for pick up they tried to give us the wrong shoes and said that's what we ordered. For the groomsmens rental suits, when they went to get their sizes figured out they didn't even have our wedding in the system even though we went over that in grave detail when we went the first day. The pants didn't come with belt loops when we specifically told them the groomsmen would be wearing belts and a vest not suspenders. One of the groomsmen got his suit and it was missing 2 of the 3 buttons and they LOST the best mans suit and it didn't get delivered until the MORNING of the wedding. It was the most unorganized, dysfunctional, chaotic, and frustrating experience. Please DO NOT use them for your wedding. Wedding planning is stressful enough, just save yourself some trouble and use literally anyone else."

"I've made some online orders that didn't fit correctly when I came into the store to return them. I was greeted by what I believed to be the manager she was helpful friendly and made sure that we were happy when we left. We ended up getting to reorder the suits in the correct sizing and she gave us options to choose from. She helped us choose from an assortment of ties and told us about some upcoming sales which was very helpful. I found the store to be clean neat and fairly well organized for the time of year. My wife was surprised by the quality and the selection that was in there."
