"Better Menswear and their staff are absolutely amazing. We went in to inquire about suits for our wedding. Within 20 minutes, we had the entire outfit picked out and I felt a huge relief. Victoria has outstanding customer service. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She made the entire experience easy and stress free. I cannot recommend this place enough. They have a HUGE selection of suits and they are all great quality. They also do in house alterations that are fast and accurate. We will definitely be back again!"

"Mr. Charles, Mr, Charles, Mr. Charles. This was my first time at this store. He provided me with excellent customer service. Gave me reassurance that he was going to get me taken care of. Not only did he go above and beyond but he made me feel like I was in good hands. I wish I could say the same about Mr. Tucson, he didn't greet us coming in nor did he offer assistance while he was free and available. I guess I'm not the type of client that he wanted to assist. I was welcomed by Charles.H. After telling him that I want a full set of suit for formal occasions such as attending wedding and job interview etc. He was very patient and explained a lot of knowledge of men's suit to me, and hand picked two types of suits, shirts, ties, dress socks, a pair of dress shoes, a belt for me. He made sure I try everything on and asked my option for color and pattern preference by providing his processional advise at the same time. I was feeling treated like a royal customer by him. I would totally recommend anyone come to visit and by suit from this store and meet Charles. It is a really pleasure and valuable experience."

"I came across Better Menswear after searching Google for a popular chain retailer. I decided to check them out because they are a local business and the reviews were phenomenal. Upon arrival, they were very busy. However, that didn't stop the staff from being friendly and helpful. Robert greeted me and helped me find a full suit, shirt, socks, belt, shoes, and scarf. He spent over an hour helping me find the perfect fit, coordination of colors, etc. I came back today to pick up the suit, (they did the hemming in a day), and Robert was there and greeted me by name. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I procrastinated on getting a suit for a wedding, and they were able to save me with an extremely quick turnaround with items that fit and look great. Do yourself a favor and drop the chain retailer and go with Better Menswear. Check out their large variety and enjoy visiting the team."

"I literally can’t say enough good things about this store! After essentially being turned away by MW and receiving terrible customer service, I decided to go local with Better Menswear. With only a few days notice for a wedding, Robert hooked me up with the best suit I’ve ever worn and even took the time to match it to what my girlfriend was wearing and we looked great!! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had and the prices were better than the big name stores. Do yourself a favor and check out these great people and their very nicely assorted store.
