"I’m writing this review after I had a very frustrating experience with Maaco. Dealing with paint chipping just a week after the job, finding unpainted spots on my vehicle, and the lack of response from the owner are all significant issues. I took my vehicle back and was told by the owner (Patrick) that I would need to schedule a date to bring my vehicle in for the paint repairs. I took my vehicle back at 8am on Monday, January 22nd per my conversation with Patrick. He said I would be able to pick my vehicle up the afternoon of Tuesday, January 23rd. However, on Tuesday, January 23rd I never received a call from Maaco. I decided to go and pick up my vehicle the morning of Wednesday, January 24th. I arrived at 8am. The receptionist was talking to a coworker and never said hello, how can I help you. Instead the coworker said she will be right with you. 5 minutes later she came with an attitude and said they are not finished with my vehicle. I told her of my conversation with Patrick and due to my busy schedule with my career I had to have my vehicle back. The paint repair had not been started at all. I told the receptionist I needed to speak with Patrick. She said she would have him call me. I never heard from him. Both the quality of the original paint job and the lack of customer service is frustrating. It’s understandable to expect a professional finish and timely, responsive communication. I have documented these issues with photos"

"I strongly recommend them. They repaired my front parking light in a timely manner. They also charged much less than other quotes received. Very courteous staff."

"Edit April 2023: took my truck back to get some warranty work done and have the door painted. They called me three different times to tell me that the truck was done however there was overspray all over panels that they did not touch, including the wheels. Additionally it was backed into in the parking lot. Long story short they had the truck for 4 weeks and I was without a vehicle. It still doesn't look great but I just wanted my truck back. The customer service is horrible and I had to call them to see if the truck was ready rather than them calling me. In fairness to the review they did refund me some of my money back. It is important to note that Willis and his team are no longer there and it is a new crew and I do not recommend them at all. So far so good. Truck looks brand new. Willis and his team got rid of several dents, replaced bumper and repainted. Very happy."

"INCREDIBLE paint job! Very pleased! Highly recommend! The only reason I am rating this business four stars is because of the office communication. I had to call several, several times to get updates on when the vehicles would be ready. The original date given was not the date that they were completed."

"After dealing with Maaco from October to now (December), I will never use their services again nor recommend anyone to them. At the initial visit, I was told my car could be color matched to the color it already was (teal). After a week, I contacted them (instead of them contacting me) to check on the status of my car. I was told there was an issue and they wanted to keep it an extra day to fix it. The next day, I arrived to see that my car was two different colors. After bringing it to the managers attention, I was given a date 6 weeks out for it to be fixed and he only took off $100 for the botched up paint job. After contacting corporate (which did no good) and calling the manager numerous times to get a closer date, I dropped the car off 2 weeks later. When I returned to pick it up a week later, the car was all one color however it was a color not even close to the original. After asking them to fix it yet again, the owner finally “took it to another shop” to get it fixed. Finally after being painted 4 TIMES, my car is all one color and close to what I originally wanted. Frustrated would be an understatement of how I’ve felt throughout the process. I’m not the type to leave bad reviews, but I want to warn anyone thinking of taking their car to seek another company!"
