"Terrible experience. Went for two inspections and was quoted a wait time of approximately 1.5 hours. The first vehicle was there for 4 hours, and the next another 4 hours.. and they requested I return the next day for completion of the work needed because the mechanic had to leave. Sure, life happens. I returned the next day and waited another 3 hours. They failed to update me (instead of one hole needing repair it was four) even though I asked two separate people to check on it for me. Asked if I could get a discount because of the time I had waited, they only applied a coupon for my oil change (which I could have given them myself..) I'm never going back there again!!!!"

The staff and overall environment were super welcoming and patient (especially with someone who doesn't know much about cars) with the manager, Charlie, instantly greeting me with a positive attitude. The wait time didn't take too long and Charlie kept me updated throughout the entire process so I wasn't left wondering. Highly recommend Grease Monkey!"

"Called and asked if they had time to look at my fleet vehicle with a check engine light that had turned on. Got me in right away, did the code reader thing and told me the possible things it could be. Some places charge to read codes, but they did not. He cleared it and gave recommendations if the check engine light came on again (thankfully it hasn't!!). Namely that it would probably still be under warranty and to get work done at that dealership. I was impressed that he offered that instead of trying to trick me (like some places do with women) and charge me for services that didn't need to happen. I was just very impressed by their customer service. Will be using them certainly for fleet maintenance but also my personal vehicle."

He will also go above and beyond to bring you service you need at a quality price.
