Honda Service

"I received a quote for service to be completed on my vehicle and I set an appointment for 7:30 am with hopes of the work being completed that day. They were incapable of even looking at my car the first day to diagnose the problem which had already been diagnosed at a different dealership. The following day, I received a call stating that additional work would need to be completed. The "additional work" is a required part of the process which I received a quoted price. All in all, the final price was set to be double what I was quoted. After a day and half of waiting and a price increase of over $500, I decided to not have West Broad Honda complete the service. The only reason this isn't a one star review is that they decided to waive the diagnostic fee. I do not recommend getting work done here and if you do, be prepared for a significant price increase and lengthy delays in getting your vehicle serviced."

"Like most dealership services, they can be a little on the pricier side, but they do take excellent care of my 2019 civic sport when it comes to general maintenance. I learned recently that if you continue to get oil changes through them that they have an extended warranty program (10 years I think) which is great as the 1.5L turbo Earthdream engines can suffer from oil dilution. So hey, that in itself gives this avid motorist and mechanic some peace of mind."

"Went for a safety recall, couple days later my check engine light magically came on. Then went to get it checked out and had to wait over 2 hours just for a diagnostic. Would avoid this place in general."

"Every time I come here for service it takes hours longer than they say, and do not value your time at all. Additionally, have no foresight in looking at recalls to benefit the customer. I went in and got something fixed and paid 2K for it, just to find out it was a recall. When I called back they said there was nothing they could do about it. I would not give them your business if you can go anywhere else."

"Love the pull through lanes for service. I was able to make my appointment online and pulled right in when I arrived. The service advisor was ready for me, got me checked in quickly, and let me know how long a wait to expect. Two waiting rooms, including one quiet room. Donuts (yes, donuts!) and Keurig coffee. Plenty of seats with desks or tall tables for people working, also plenty of plugs and USB ports for charging. My car was ready sooner than expected, and checkout was right at the service advisor's desk. No extra trip to the cashier. My advisor reviewed the work done and what to expect on the next service visit. Friendly and efficient service!"
