"I was in Valvoline in Short Pump in October. Their negligence caused my car to go into a shop and do some work. I had to drive around for three weeks, waiting for Toyota to call me in. It was expensive to put oil in my car every other day. My car spilled a lot of oil in my driveway. It was supposed to be cleaned up by John on Saturday, the 10th of November, at 8:00 or 8:30, no call no show They have the worst customer service from the Kentucky office to the Richmond, VA Office. Their customer service is trash."
"If you go in the morning, no wait, I was in and out so fast - super nice people no hard upselling. Best experience I have had in a long time. I go to my local car guy for repairs, so I can only give my opinion on an oil change but they did it extremely well."
"Do not bring your car to this location. I called ahead to be sure they had the proper fuel filter for my vehicle. They did not have it when i arrived, despite telling me they did initially when I got there. The staff is incompetent and has not been trained properly. The technicians couldn’t even remove the oil filter, and I watched 4 technicians arguing over the woman’s car next to me for more than 30 minutes because they couldn’t figure out how to drain the oil from her car. I left after two hours, with nothing completed but a bunch of oil all over my vehicles frame. Funniest of all, the “manager” had no idea what was going on, and came out to ask me if I was satisfied with the service! Beware."
