"It was my first state inspection on my 2021 Chevrolet Spark and, even though the customer service was okay, the actual service was terrible. I tried for a state inspection on a Thursday, but said that they were fully booked. They gave me the option to drop it off on Friday or Saturday instead, but I had to work on Saturday. So, I dropped it off on Friday. They call me and said that they couldn't actually get to my car because they were fully booked AGAIN!!! It's a small car (the only small car on their parking lot at the time), they had ALL DAY to just give it a QUICK routine inspection, and they failed to even try to get to it! If all you need is a state inspection, there are other places to go, but this Firestone location should NOT be one of them. I don't recommend it at all!!!"
"I have been a long time customer. Firestone replaced calipers last year on my Tundra and the warranty is still in effect. However, this year they failed the inspection based on faulty calipers. When asked about the warranty, it was revealed that the part was under warranty but that I would have to pay an additional $300 plus in labor to fix a job that obviously was a failure on Firestone's part. This Tundra is very rarely driven and may at the most have an additional 5000 miles since Firestone did the caliper work. I am disappointed in the service, the "warranty", and overall customer service I have received over the last two years. I thought that it was a one time incident last year, but I was obviously wrong. I will not recommend Firestone to others based on the fact that Firestone's "warranty" is not a full warranty."
"Needed a new battery on Sunday afternoon- planned to have to leave the car, but they quickly took care of it right then. Made sure the technician didn't leave before he got to our battery. We were on our way again in less than an hour!"
