"As a retired veteran, I am accustomed to standards of integrity and transparency, and it is in this spirit that I typically refrain from writing reviews, especially if they bear negative sentiments. However, I feel compelled to share my rather disappointing experience with Richmond Audi, as it seems to be an outlier compared to other customers' experiences. Just about a year ago, I purchased an Audi A8L from Richmond Audi. Let me clarify that I absolutely adore the car. The issue lies not with the vehicle itself, but with the quality of service I received post-purchase. Upon purchasing the car, I noticed damage to the front bumper that was promised to be repaired prior to my purchase. However, when I brought this to the attention of the service department, they unjustly attributed the damage to me. Fortunately, I had taken a photograph of the damage before the purchase, which served as proof against their claim. Despite this, I was subjected to a month-long runaround before the bumper was finally repaired. Regrettably, the paint started peeling off just a few months later. In addition, upon purchasing the vehicle, I pointed out an overspray which, despite my insistence, remains unattended to this day. I have reluctantly decided to live with it. Further, I bought a package that included ceramic protection for the paint and interior. I was informed that the car would need to sit and dry under the sun for approximately two hours for the protection to be applied correctly. However, after dropping off the car, I received a call only 45 minutes later informing me that the job was completed. Ironically, it was raining heavily from the moment I left until the time I returned. I was then told that the car did not need to sit and dry. This claim contradicted their initial advice and seemed implausible, considering that the interior detailing alone would take at least 45 minutes. Overall, my experience with Richmond Audi has been less than satisfactory. I hope that this feedback prompts necessary improvements in their customer service department."

"We had a fantastic experience purchasing power Audi S5.Trevor was our salesman and he was great to deal with and made sure we had everything we wanted on the car and Joe found us a great interest rate for financing it. The gentleman that went over the details of the car was very patient and showed us all the features. I do not recall his name it may be Willis but he did a fantastic job. Thanks for a great buying experience."

"Found MY car online after months of missing my opportunity for a Q5 Sportsback Prestige locally, and spoke with Diego on Saturday about the vehicle. He worked with with me even on Sunday (when they are closed) to ensure I had all the information about the car. We went through requirements and necessary information needed to move forward so Monday upon opening we can get started on everything. Diego worked with me to get everything done diligently, spoke with the finance team and had everything done Monday to pick up the car Tuesday. I traveled from Maryland to pick up the car and they offered to assist me getting to the dealership from the train station. Overall BEST experience purchasing my new car."
