"Wow, just wow! Dirty store with full boxes blocking access to the clothes, the walkways and the dressing room. Employees were clearly uninterested in being there or helping. Total disarray. Sad!"

"The store is completely a mess. The staff never acknowledges you are there. I just stood at the counter for 15 minutes and no one ever came to help me. They were all in the back. I tried to get their attention but still no help. This store needs help and so does the staff. Who is even the manager?! Please manage the store better."

"The store was a MESS! Everything was thrown around. Nothing was in the correct space. I was stressed out looking through the store. I get that retail is not an easy job, however as a customer how am I supposed to find what I need if it looked like a tornado hit the store."

"Awful. The staff tries, but the store is backed up, minimal staff, stupid long waits. I also an not a fan of how disorganized the store is, and I slipped on clothing that was strewn on the floor still on hangers. Some merchandise on the floor was missing pieces, and it was so crowded. I came here in hope it would be better than the one in VA Beach...I was wrong."
