"There are certain ways that someone can deliver a message without being rude and disrespectful, and clearly that’s something that this apparently “owner” at this location doesn’t know. My mother and I were browsing around some newborn clothes where suddenly she started raising her voice, like I wouldn’t hear what she said being so close at each other, saying twice “THIS IS NOT FOR SALE” so is this not for sale for whatever event reason like she mentioned, next time just put a sign or something saying not for sale or explain why nicely and don’t tell the whole store raising your voice like that. I had to tell her that my mom was just looking so she can stop telling her that, she was so RUDE. When I asked to lady at the counter what event was she talking about, she explained in such a nice way what was going on, gave me a little flyer about it and even gave some stickers to my son. I told her: “Do you see the difference between you and that other woman? This is customer service, not the way she treated customers. And her response was: “Yeah , UNFORTUNATELY she is the owner” So Dear owner, If you are not having a good day or so, just go home, watch tv and relax (: and let the lovely ladies run your store, not you."

"Sold some items & bought some items from this store for the first time today! The selling process is clear and easy, and I was satisfied with the money I got for what I sold. The staff was super nice and friendly, which was a relief after unpleasant experiences at competing stores. Prices are low. It’s a great place to buy children’s books! Will definitely be returning."

"I don't think they buy from certain people, especially people of color to be honest. Reading the other reviews here confirmed what I already suspected. I bought in 8 items that were barely used including a swing, bouncer, walker, 2 play mats and a few other things that my daughter barely used. She's a little one that's always wanted to be held so she refused to sit in anything for more than a few minutes. I was told things that literally looked brand new were discolored, which was a flat out lie. I had already planned to give the things away but decided to try to sell, just to get extra cash. Thank God I don't need it because they bought 1 thing and gave me $8 for it. They didn't buy the swing but conveniently left it separate from my returned things. If I hadn't taken pics and made a quick list of what I had bought in, I would have left it there without getting paid for it and I'm pretty sure they would've sold it. Save yourself some gas, especially if your car takes 93 like mine and don't bother coming here to sell at all. The stuff they sell also looks dated and faded and the store and parking lot looked dingy. I would absolutely never buy from them either so I don't feel too bad."
