"Hello, I have been your customer for years in Philadelphia and I have always been very happy to buy in your stores and I have always done excellent advertising for your company, unfortunately I am writing because this time I did not feel well and I also felt discriminated against for not being a native american but being italian i have a strong accent; I spent $82.50 and kindly asked for a second plastic bag to keep my clothes in separate bags, the answer was no and it was perceived that no, was bullying. Tried to figure out why no and got a stupid reply saying they didn't have many bags available, this after asking to speak to the manager and the rude reply came from the manager on duty at the time, obviously not true but maybe they thought I was a tourist. I'm not a woman who usually presents complaints, on the contrary, I'm very friendly to everyone but obviously I didn't feel very welcome in this Children's Place. I solved it by immediately returning the goods and, among other things, my 5-year-old was also hurt and will surely remember it bitterly. I would like to report that this occurred at Children's Place Store #1611 in Richmond at the Short Pump mall. I would appreciate that as a large company it is always necessary to teach that being warm and kind is what makes your company great and famous and to teach that even if the buyers are not made by Native Americans we have the same rights of all races and all equals . "I truly hate this business. Horrible prices cheesy clothes and the worst of worst customer service. With all the other options for cute kids clothes I don't even get how it's still in business...probably a matter of time..."

"I will never come here again. This is usaully the store location I love coming to. This past summer loved the options, sales, and the service. However, this past time I was so aggravated I'll never return. When my son and I got there no one greeted us no big deal. There was one girl in there walking around straightening up and looked super busy. The other two women were being loud and obnoxious and talking about someone they mutually knew drama. Never asked if I needed anything. I go to the cashier and literally waited probably 6 minutes for them to stop talking and come over and ask if I was ready to checked out. Then once I stood there for that whole time she preceeded to roll her eyes and smack her lips and was terribly rude the whole time. Never again... never"

"I recently had to exchange for a different size and was met by a very rude staff member who was not very helpful to the gentleman in front of me as well as myself. I understand the exchange and return policy but she was not helpful in showing me the location of where the Items I needed to exchange. Her customer service skills have a lot to be desired. She needs to learn greetings and manners as well looks like she didn’t want to be there!"
