"Predatory business practices If you won't give your phone number, you will not be able to get any of the promoted sales. So if you come in with your kids and your not able to pay attention, it will not be fixed. This is a place where moms believe they can save money, but end up paying the same prices as any other store. Depending on the deals your looking for, make sure you can pay attention, without the kids coming. Your distraction is their gain here. They know people are coming through here and stopping for snow clothing on the way up north, so the pricing reflects that. I ended up paying over 40$ of what I was suppose to and when I caught the mistake the manager got loud in an attempt to scare me off by yelling "what you can't read that all sales are final". Had to loudly correct her that her employee did nothing to make it clear that, by not providing my number, I was no longer getting the dollar deals that were displayed ( there are NO displays stating that you need to sign up to get the deals) ** They had really nice clothing choices though, but this place is and should be promoted towards more well off families over the moms that are trying to make sure their kids are just clothed in general."

"I have shopped at this store approximately 5x! depending on the workers at the time, horrible experience aside from the fact they are over priced, i made a purchase. when I realized my points were off because they rang me up under a different account, I went back in to see if it could be corrected. the worker was rude!! she said she wasn't doing anything to correct it. negative exchanges back and forth. she was unprofessional, rude, and left a lot to be desired. i will give my business to ONCE UPON A CHILD!! The store employees are great, clean, better brand names, great employees!!"

"Good store. Prices are a bit higher than I like for second hand, but quality is good to very good, and the store is clean and well organized with friendly staff. I found three zip up sweaters for a toddler today for around $15 total, which was a good deal. I had to buy a size up to find them though, not a big deal since he will grow. There were nicer brands but the prices were close to what I'd pay for new clothes so I stuck to the bargains. The clothes had less than average wear and I would categorize them as good quality play or school items. Worth the trip."
