"My husband and I were part of a wedding that was taking place out of the country. My husband paid $480 for a custom suit and shoes. He traveled 2 hours there and back, along with the groom and other groomsmen, to get measured in person by Miller himself several months before the wedding. These subpar quality suits were delivered a week and some change before we had to leave the country. The suit was not custom at all. After seeing tags on the suit, we Googled the designer and saw the exact suit for a sale price of $69. So not only did we get scammed out of a $480 suit, the suit didn’t fit at all. The sleeves were too short and the pants were far too tight. One groomsmen’s suit tore as he was trying it on. Out of all 10 groomsmen, no suit fit and some didn’t even arrive. This man has yet to take responsibility for his actions, offer a refund, and has yet to even apologize. We had to scramble a week before the wedding to find a different suit/company as this man didn’t offer any help. I would never trust this man or his business. This was a disgustingly disappointing experience."

"I was a part of a wedding party for an out-of-country wedding. He promised us a custom suit that was the proper color and proper quality with shoes for a total price of $480. When the suits were delivered, my suit did not fit as a custom suit should even though the groom, another groomsman, and I drove several hours to his shop to be professionally measured and fitted. The suit was actually from Alain Dupetit and had a sticker price of $69. When contacted about this egregious business practice, he replied that he did not give refunds despite not fulfilling his promise. I absolutely do not recommend this man or his business."

"This individual is a con artist and you do not need to buy suits from him. I went to visit his shop along with some of my groomsmen for a $480 suit/shoes. He sent us $60 suits whose brand we found online and tried to tell us that he just needed to tailor them. I asked for a refund because he didn’t send me the right suit. Naturally we didn’t trust it would get done a week within the wedding. HE DID NOT PROVIDE THE REFUND!! He is a one of a kind con artist. I wouldn’t connect this man with my worst enemy. Fortunately I got with Bernard’s Formalwear in Durham, NC and they took care of me in a pinch. He never reached out about returning the money or any form of aid on our end. The customer service is absolutely embarrassing and I’m ashamed to think I have any link to this business owner. If you are reading this let me be very clear, do not use this crook."

"I don't want to put forth anything disrespectful but I would like to tell the truth. Mr. Miller was chosen by my best friend to provide custom tuxedos for his wedding. All males were supposed to receive an athletic-fitting tux. The groomsmen and the groom received a tux while everyone else received a suit coat and suit pants that were of different makes, so not even the same material and none athletic fitting. On top of that nobody's suit actually fit them. The suits were either too tight or too big. My suit coat was so small that upon lifting my hands it ripped. The shirt was so small that I had to trade with another groomsman. Now what is most disappointing is that I had to travel 2 hours to get to Mr. Miller and 2 hours back twice for a fitting and still nothing fit. Nothing was functional about the suit and as such It's not something I can wear again. I'm sure Mr. Miller has done great work for others but I cannot say I or any of the groomsmen apart of this wedding were happy with the results."
