"Hibbett Sports at White Oak Shopping Center Store #864 Mr. Jamal extraordinary services great personality and so kind greeted as a customer welcome to Hibbett Sports and with a smile and have great associates works there that assisted me whenever I need help in shoe sizes and check clothing sizes that I am interest in and go out the way to look on the website and see if they have whatever I needs and calls other stores to check on the item if they don’t have it in the store. Have great sales and I like where you earn rewards on reward program being a customer. That's my number one store I love going to the store and shop there. When I received great services as a customer I do returns as a customer to shop at Hibbett Sports- White Oak Shopping Center and referral family and friends to shop there. Many, Many Stars"
"I live in the south. Had to pick something up from the East. Decided to stop by this store to pick up some Whites… shorty was cool very nice very pleasant… but why she checkout both these shoes before she took my money and sold them to me like this… soon as I opened the box I saw it so how could she not. Gave my number so receipt should’ve went to my email but it didn’t. Jamal the manager didn’t handle it well at all. He just there to sell shoes not manage apparently. I had an event to be at at 4 pm so this threw everything off and I was late. I get stuff happens but I don’t get just trifling behavior. Last pair or not shouldn’t have sold me these… wild af"

"I had to ask someone for assistance even though the store was empty and workers were standing around. I was looking for a specific shoe and was told all they had was what was out. Ironically, I was sent there by another store, so I knew they had the shoes. I pulled the shoes up on my phone and the worker was able to find them immediately. Overall, I would return because this is the main store and typically have what I want, but the service certainly needs to improve."
