"This was my first time in Point 2 and the staff was great. Adriana assisted me by asking if I had ever been tested b4. I told her the recommendation of running ect. And she was able to pair me up with multiple shoes. She pulled out several shoes for me to try on. When I didn’t find the right shoe she went and got more for me to try. Not once did she make me feel like I was bothering her or did she try to rush me. She was very knowledgeable when I asked questions and thank her for being able to answer all my questions. She paired me with the perfect shoe for now. I haven’t wore them to workout in but the service was great. The reason for 4 stars is because of the lack of color for my perfect shoe in my size. Unfortunately I had to settle in color but needed the shoe. Everything else was great. I will get my next pair from here."
"My go-to running store. Great selection of shoes, apparel, and running accessories. They can also special order in many items as well which is great if you are looking for a particular style/color they may not carry at the store. Staff is always friendly and super helpful whether you are just getting into running or logging 50 miles a week. Highly recommend!"
"I’m not really a runner, but with a trip to the French Alps scheduled right before my hip replacement surgery, I knew I needed supportive, comfortable shoes to get me through and help make my trip as enjoyable as possible! Happy to report that these shoes are doing exactly what I needed them to do! Can’t recommend the personal attention and problem solving skills of these Point 2 employees enough! Thanks!"
"Michelle was awesome! I had a budget, and she stayed with in that. She listened to my needs, measured me feet a few different ways. She found a shoe in the style I like and also was able to include some extras within my budget. I'd definitely recommend this store and ask for Michelle I know she'll give you that top not customer service."
