"Terribly overpriced. $45 for one pants alteration. Extremely rude. Gave me back wrinkled pants, and acted like I committed a crime when I didn't return the sliver receipt bottom that I was supposed to have known to return, even though I paid."

"I asked them to hem 2 pairs of active pants for a trip I have coming up. He said they would be ready Monday at 430, but when I tried them on at home I noticed they weren’t hemmed at all. I drove all the way back to drop them off, and his friend was nice enough to deliver them to me later that evening. But I tried them on today and they are both hemmed unevenly. For both, one leg is shorter than the other AND they are hemmed shorter than we discussed. On top of that, these alterations were not cheap. Im going to have to pay to get these pants re-hemmed. Deeply disappointed and DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"The (owner? Sales associate?) lost my two garments that I had tailored, I had to dig through a pile (literally a pile of clothes, not on hangers) to find my shirts. They didn’t bother to tag them, even though they gave me a ticket with a number on it. The tailoring itself was mediocre. I am wearing the shirt because it is dark and hides the poor stitching job, but if it was a light color it would not be wearable. There is a 1/4” slit in my wool dress pants near the hem that wasn’t there prior, looks like an errant scissor snip when removing thread ends after hemming. The whole interior of this store is a disorganized mess…not in a charming way either. Some might wonder if this place only stays in business because it is a money laundering front."

"Mr. Romani is no Tailor by far...simply a glorified merchant at best. Went in with a Leather Jacket considerably too large for my frame (XXL and I'm definitely just an L) but there was definitely more than enough material to hem it down. He made a quick assessment, marked the coat with some liquid chalk, paid the 60$ deposit and told me to come back in a week. When I show up hes talking about how he took 10" out of the back, and hemmed the sleeves. Turns out he just rolled the sleeves and stitched them. I paid the other 60 to get my coat back but see for yourself, not a single cut made except for the lining which just twisted all of the interior pockets to make them abrasive and dig into my armpit...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!"
