"More than half the items like rugs, and curtains, that I wanted to purchase were not priced. A lot of shelves were empty. And if you have to use the restroom your better off holding it the floor was wet, and the smell was awful."
"If I could give it 0 stars I would. Management is unprofessional. The 1st time I went there was only one register open. The line was down the aisle The manager refused to open a register after being asked repeatedly by customers in the store. While she walked around scanning items. 2nd time. I go on Wednesdays Seniors get a discount. Management was having a meeting in the middle of the floor while customers were waiting to be helped and again the lines were down the aisles worn only 1 cashier. Roses has Great Buys but the customer service sucks so bad. I now drive Ali the way to Ashland and it's worth the drive. Better bargains and every one is so friendly. Check it out.."
"Staff was outgoing and friendly without being pushy and the store seemed clean and decently stocked. The area where it's located is a bit sketchy and so is the parking lot, which has seen better days. Be sure to lock your car and set the alarm."
