"Went in yesterday to buy suits for my son. The salesman never acknowledged us, I understand if he was was working with another customer but he was just talking. I would have appreciated if he would have said I’ll be with you shortly. We left and went to the Broad St location and the young woman treated us well and we bought 2 suits a sport jacket with shirt and tie and a pair of shoes. This is the second time I have shopped at this location and have been unimpressed with the customer service I will always shop at the Broad Street location"
"Rented suit for over $200 for wedding and had stain right on the front of shirt. When brought back store said there was nothing they could do and/or compensate me for because I “already paid for the rental”. Won’t be renting here again…."
"Needed to get a new suit for a upcoming wedding. I've lost since weight and honestly wanted a nicer suit then the department store ones I have. When I walked in, Matthew greeted me and asked how could he help. I explained and he got right on it. He was very creative and got a couple of different suits for me. Once we picked one I liked, he went through a number of different shirts and ties until we found a combo I liked. He got me all suited up and took my alterations. I got into a little bit of a sticker shock once everything totaled up. He did work out some discounts and promotions for me. So I ended up with a new suit, pants, vest, shirt, I, socks, pair of shoes and alterations for just over $600. Only gave a 4-star because of the pricing, but Matthews service is definitely a 5+ star."
