"Decent selection. Really well put together store. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is this one lady, gray hair, about 200lbs, she was the most rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Immediately when I walked in, made a rude comment towards me. It's really all about tone, and it was clear she was making fun of me. She was impatient and unfriendly. She was not helpful at all. She said she has worked in mens clothing for 30 years, but she was horrible. Didn't give any suggestions. I might as well have been by myself, and I would have preferred to be by myself than with her. If you need help finding something, I highly recommend you stay away from the 50+ year old, 200lb, gray hair, no teeth, female. Didn't get her name. Don't want it either."

"I purchased a sportscoat online and went in to pick up. I walked in right behind another customer and the was greeted and told I would be helped in just a few minutes. Immediately a very friendly gentleman came out and assisted me with my pickup. He removed the tags from my jacket and we had a good conversation about customer service and how they take pride in taking care of their customers. I will definitely be back."

"Terrible experience shopping here. My fiance needed a suit so we went here. Found a great one - travel tech - but they no longer sell the pants for it. We had to settle for a different suit where the pants needed to be ordered by the store but for some reason they couldn't order the correct size jacket at all, so we had to settle for one size up. Fine, paid, told to wait for a call in 5 days. Call doesn't come so we call them and THEY CANCELLED OUR ORDER WITHOUT NOTIFYING US. So now we are screwed two weeks out from the wedding. The best they could offer was a jacket that is now 2 sizes too big because that's all they can get, and then wait for pants to be ordered and shipped and then still have to do alterations. We don't have a choice anymore because of how close the date is. I would never shop here again."

"Purchased a suit for a wedding here. Had great customer service for that and even when I went back for the alterations a week prior to needing the suit for the wedding. I was told the suit would be ready 3 days prior to the date of the wedding and they would contact me in the same way they did when my suit was received at the business with a phone call and email. That never happened. I went back on the day of the wedding to pick the suit up and it still had tags on it and had not been pressed. I grabbed the suit and headed to the wedding (which I was actually in) and realized the suit had not had any alterations done. Called store and they said bring it back should only take 10 minutes. Really? Then it shouldn't of been a problem to get it done before the time frame promised. Also was promised a call from management which has never happened even over a week after this incident. I've tried calling several times and they just don't answer the phone apparently. At least need the money for the alterations refunded. Not expecting much more than that from this company."
