"Is it store policy to employ people (women) who wear doo rags and curse on their phone while working? Asking for a friend."
"My kids went to five and below today alone. After leaving the store the manager at the time accused one of my sons of stealing. Yelled at them from outside “hey” and took a picture of my daughters car. She went back inside to ask why she took a pic of her car and she said because “it was her phone”. Without checking the cameras or asking them before they left the store they were accused with no proof. He usually walks with his hands in between his shirt because of his stomach hurting and because of that she accused him. Without checking the cameras or asking nicely before leaving. The manager was not pleasant when my daughter went back to ask. I would never let them go back if they are accused without any proof. They did NOT steal anything and were just accused."
"It’s one thing to check on your customers, with a “hello, can I help you find something”…but constantly asking me and having your employees follow me down every aisle seems a bit off putting. Not sure what about me screamed “ooooh she’s stealing” but it was definitely uncomfortable walking around your store."
"This location is quite new, and it's very clean and neat. I was greeted when I entered, which always makes me feel more welcome. There were quite a few empty spaces as if they either sold out of merchandise, or have had trouble getting shipments in general (as with many businesses right now). The parking lot of this shopping area tends to stay rather full, which is the biggest drawback."
"Five Below is one of my daughter and I favorite places to shop. You never know what you may find. I found a bottle of yellow glitter nail polish. This is absolutely unique. My daughter found Oreo lip balm."
