"This store is super ghetto do not play your lottery here. I play my lottery in Lost $9 and they didn't refund me Dwayne the supervisor did not give me my $9 and said he couldn't give me my $9 until he talked to Hassan. Dwight put the paper and backwards and did not want to give me my $9 and he said I would have to wait until Monday. I'm also going to call Giant corporate."
"I shop here all the time and today I experienced horrible customer service. Not once but twice. I went to Starbucks before I started and was met with a barista with an attitude because I was unsure about what I wanted. That’s before she held a whole conversation about another employee to another employee. That went on for about 2 mins. Then proceeded to give me the incorrect drink. The second rude encounter was at the check out line. A women with a piercing on her face(near the lip area) proceeded to tell me that the hand carts don’t belong under the self check out machine. She was polite when she said it first. It wasn’t a problem until she turned around and proceeded to talk about me as she’s helping another question. She goes “I don’t know why people think they’re supposed to go under there” with an attitude. Please lose the attitudes. It’s so uncalled for!"
