"Disappointing. Not about the store itself but a gentleman that worked there - slightly older so not sure if he was the manager. I stopped and sat on one of the stools for a couple minutes to rest my feet - there were 10 (not even exaggerating) other stools right by me that were the exact same. And the man comes up to me in a rude tone says “these are for purchase. You need to move”. I looked at him a little in shock because of the rudeness of his tone - I’d understand if it was said in a nice way - but then he just looked back at me and said “yeah” and just walked off. Not customer service, and just disheartening from a store I love very much"
"My go to TJ Maxx for everything. The aisles are usually clear and no clothes on the floor. The prices are the best and the selections are pretty varied. Not a Runway store, but you can find many awesome designer clothing."
"This is one of the worst TJM I've been to. There's a miniscule, picked over selection. It does seem more organized than most. But they need more cashiers bc well over 20 minutes to check out because there's only 3 cashiers available is unacceptable. The staff were very nice, especially considering the volume of people they put up with. But if I ever go to this store in the future, I will look at the line first and leave within 5 minutes. The pricing doesn't mean a thing if you waste all your time trying to checkout. The ac was also not working. Fortunately the cashiers have fans, but that is definitely not a good work environment for them OR shopping experience. The music was also too loud, especially considering the awful selection it was blasting."
"Decent store and good customer service. I hope management reads this and gets the air conditioner fixed so the cashiers don't have to use box fans. Store was very busy and the cashiers got everyone through the lines as fast as they could. I feel they would have done alot better had the air conditioning been working"
"Absolutely in love with this place! They have tons of pet supplies at an affordable price. They are dog friendly store as they mention in their policies. It was nice to shop with my dogs."
