"It's a great place honestly, sure it may seem bad but I believe the place is a good place to go if you're looking for anime things or something for nostalgic times, I would recommend a place like this. I personally love how you can look around to see what things catch the eyes or just take a look to see rare things you don't get to see nowadays."

"The inside is no different than the Lynchburg location....a HOARDERS PARADISE! No disabled or wheelchair-bound customer would ever be able to safely maneuver ANYWHERE in that store. It's a disgrace and the owners are proving how little respect they have, not for their customers, but themselves as well!"

"Do not recommend this place. I have since moved away and visited this store when I was in town for a party. In the past I've spent hundreds of dollars here. So when I spent 700 dollars on ordering statues to be delivered to me in Boston I figured I was in good hands. I was wrong. My statues were slated to arrive by October 21st. They never came. I called every month to check on the status of my order and every time I always got someone who didn't know what I was talking about, or "we're waiting on customs." By February I was done. I filed a formal complaint with my bank and initiated charge back. I paid split between 2 cards. Needless to say I won my first dispute. But since I bought 70 dollars worth of items with the second card ontop of these orders I lost the second dispute. This place is a rip off, and will steal your money if they get the chance. Do not shop here, take your business to literally anyone else. (Star city comics and big lick comics are right up the street.)"

"Bottom Line Up Front: You may luck out and find a good deal, but overall I do not recommend this store to any serious collectors due to the poor organization, cleanliness, and extravagant prices. Not exactly where to start with this place. The Store: Let’s start with the absolutely ridiculous amount of *literal garbage* they have stacked up around the store. Long boxed filled with moldy comics, empty action figure packaging, broken toys and figurines just in a pile directly across from the register. It smells like a musty basement, and you can’t walk anywhere without having to sidestep. The Business Practice: I walked past a couple records leaning against a pile of garbage, and started to look through them. This is when the employee(?), who was on their phone *the entire time I was in the store*, told me that they didn’t know if the records were for sale. Then proceeded to mumble something on the phone to whomever they were talking to about how they didn’t know what was for sale, and nothing was marked. If you’re looking for comics, good luck. There are tens of thousands of comics strewn about the store in unlabeled, unsorted boxes. And who knows if they’re even for sale! The Prices: You may luck out and find a comic or a figure for a good deal, I don’t deny that. But they have figures on the wall market at $53, when you can go to Walmart target and get them for $30 Edit: I completely forgot about the weird religious leaflet they staple to your receipt! Weird vibes. Stay away."
