"I agree with the other guy who said it was too bad that you cannot do 1/2 star. We had an Electrolux/Aerus central vacuum we purchased years ago. It worked great until we had a problem after about 10 years. The retail store that sold it to us had closed and we had to have the guy from Roanoke come. He didn't really try to fix it- just insisted that we had to buy the new more expensive version. When he got the product in, he brought it and did very little in the way of installation. It quickly had problems and when we called to complain, we had to wait for the owner ( who lived in VA Beach) to bring his guy up several months later. It never did work correctly and finally motor burned up when we could not get a clog out of one of the pipe. It appears that there is no longer a reliable Aerus dealer anywhere near us so we will have to switch brands."

"They really need to update their info and/or website - store hours arent listed anywhere. I got a busy signal a lot trying to call, but once i got through, the service was good & i got the vaccuum bags i needed."

"Didn’t want to fix my vacuum. They were only interested in selling me a new expensive vacuum. Looks like they really needed to sell because they only had 2 new vacuums in the small store...so I went somewhere else and they fixed my vacuum at a very minimal cost."

"For whatever reason there is a location showing on the map over at Towne Square and there's nothing there so I brought my Electrolux vacuum over to this location for them to tell me that my vacuum was not an Electrolux. I wasn't born yesterday the front of my vacuum has a sticker on it saying that it is in fact an Electrolux. The man was rude and said he couldn't fix it but go over to Oreck and maybe they can. I went over to Oreck and they fixed my Electrolux vacuum with no hesitation and I was walking out in under 10 min. I will not come back to this location ever again! Don't waste your time going here!"
