"I recently shopped at this store for fresh fruit and was generally pleased with the quality of their products. However, I encountered an issue at checkout regarding their bulk sales. For instance, a case of coconut drinks was advertised for $19.99, but the cashier charged me $47.76 by scanning each can individually instead of the whole case. Despite showing her the store’s price tag, the error wasn’t immediately rectified. While this store is a good option for groceries, I advise customers to be vigilant about pricing, especially for items advertised in bulk."
"The store has a large variety of products from both sides of the world, and is always open late. The food is really good too. The only problem is that things you would find in a local store are often more expensive here, even if their specialized products are cheaper. But the booze selection is very good, and the soju is cheaper here than anywhere else i know"
"Just watched the "customer service" lady in the back of the registers berate a customer for trying to use a $1 manufacturer coupon. Disgusting. I'll take my business som other place that values people and respect. I'm ashamed to have even purchased what was in my cart at the time. Your workers need to do better for the next people that come in because I'll never be returning."
"I want to start off by saying that I spend hundreds of dollars a month at this place or should I say I used to. Today I came in and tried to use a $1 manufacturer's coupon the lady behind the back corner counter whom I am assuming is management or customer service brush me off like I was a piece of garbage for even attempting to use it and didn't explain they didn't take it but instead walked away pompously. Then when I explained to the cashier I was working with but it was manufacturer's coupon and that it may not scan the same as their store coupons a third cashier decided to chime in screaming that they don't take them when she hadn't even seen the coupon and legitimately had no idea what my cashier was holding. I'm absolutely appalled at the attitude of these people and sickened that I have spent so much money there previously. You'll never see me in this store again."
"This a good store to buy Indian or Asian groceries. It has Korean, Chinese Japanese and Indian foods available. We are big fans of the jackfruit and this shop carries it when in season"
