"I ordered my favorite burrito supreme. I have my service dog with me and they already know him and no issue. The food is absolutely delicious. The dinner dining experience is even better."
"First class Tex-Mex food. Excellent service, reasonable prices, large portions ... sorry this is such a boring review, but I really don't have anything critical to say. One point of note to show that I'm not gushing without justification: this is a rather large restaurant; it appears two to three times its size when inside than when looking at it from the outside. And on a routine Tuesday evening, it was quite busy--70+80% full. That is remarkable."
"We enjoyed our first visit, on a Sunday afternoon, to this neighborhood, strip mall café. Much bigger inside that it appears from the street, it is clean and uncluttered. Our menu items were fresh and delicious. This may become a favorite. UPDATE: Five years later this is my absolute favorite place to eat. The service is always, always helpful and so friendly, neighborly, even. My usual order is Pescado Cancun, the fish with a sauce to die for, and steamed vegetables. This way I eat healthily without sacrificing any of the divine flavor. This time I still wanted to eat seafood but I splurged and MY GOODNESS LOOK AT THIS PLATE! I have never posted a photo of my restaurant order, before, but this order of Texas Nachos, with grilled steak, chicken, shrimp & veggies, I had to share."
"My father always loved Mezcal . I mentioned to the owner my dad had passed and when we went for dinner last night Adilio went over to my mom and gave her a hug. Not only was the food delicious, but they know their customers . Thank you Mezcal for all the great memories I shared with my dad. His favorite was the Texas nachos with extra cheese sauce"
"My husband and I love visiting this locals' favorite. The staff is very attentive and seems to work well together, assisting each other with table service. Dishes never just sit on the table empty or glasses left unfilled. Everyone is very friendly. The food is served hot, and service is quick. We like to go for an early dinner - sometimes lunch. Most of the time, we place a to go order as well! We choose Mezcal for a quick bite, a night out, and sometimes special occasions. Update: The meals are filling and plentiful. The restaurant is clean and organized. We continue to go to this neighborhood favorite time and again."
