"Every time I go, they are missing multiple items. Today there was no fajita veggies, guacamole, chips, kids chips and the steak looked like it was cooked 5 hours ago. Every item missed changes the flavor completely. Who ever does the counts and prep, needs to be fired."

"Nope. This is the second time in the span of one month where service has been abysmal. Both times were in carry out orders where the order was wrong - this last time I had to correct them 3 times after they gave my order to another customer! And instead of apologizing, they made it look like I was in the wrong. Not to mention, opening bowls with bare hands to verify what’s in it, then the employees just closing it back up and serving it like nothing happened. Fix your carry out services and most importantly fix your customer service. Put people that can at least pretend to care about the customer. What was supposed to be a quick order pickup turned into a 20 minute ordeal with not a single acknowledgement of fault from the employees. This was on Jan 21, 2024 at approximately 5:30pm."

"Avoid this GARBAGE chipotle and their garbage service AT ALL COSTS. I have a pick up for 9:10 pm. I come in, wait 20 minutes at the register until a lady finally acknowledges the group of people waiting to get their online order. I then ask if my order is ready, I’m told no. Then proceeds to take another 15 minutes to make my two simple burritos. Bear in mind I never once get an “hey we’re very sorry for the wait.” Workers were tossing orders into the trash can without asking us if they were ours. This place sucks, the workers suck. Funny thing too! I used to work at chipotle. This is by far the trashiest one I’ve ever been into by means of service and cleanliness. Never coming back to this place ever again, and you shouldn’t come here either."

"Do not visit this store! Friday the 29th around 930 am I placed a catering order at the chipotle in Hampton VA. When I picked the order up Sunday night the 31st for our New Year’s Eve party, we did not receive all items we ordered, had poor customer service and the quality of food was poor. The encounter started with the manager saying “no one told him they had a catering order today”. I find this unprofessional and unsettling for someone responsible for a restaurant. We were then made to wait as they started on our order but were also told the restaurant did not have any of the items we ordered ready. As the staffed scrambled to put our order together we were told they did not have our onions/ peppers, and my sisters separate order of a steak bowl was mistakenly given to someone else and they did not have any more steak. They finally gave us our order and when we got home it was worst then we imaged. The tomato salsa was just a bowl of tomatoes. No onions cilantro green peppers or any of the normal ingredients. Our rice was plain white rice without cilantro or lime. We received a small container of barbacoa. And our soft tortillas were ice cold still in the manufacturer packaging. I ordered 2 proteins and got a tiny container of barbacoa. I guess that ran of out meat but that’s not my problem. I do not understand how a restaurant can make a mistake like this when they had days to prepare. I called corporate number and sent an email with photos and they refused to reimburse me even after I offered to bring the food back. I was offered catering and after I complained more 15 bucks. DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM CHIPOTLE!!! Their customers service is poor and they do not care what they feed people or how they treat people."

"Gross. Brown rice was undercooked and rubbery. Steak was overcooked, pasty, and cold. Black beans were thick and goopy like old pinto beans. You need a new cheese grating blade. They absolutely destroyed this whole pan and it was bits and chunks instead of shredded. Chips were overly salted and stale. Guessing at 7 pm I still get chips that were fried in the morning (maybe yesterday???). Restaurant was filthy, main line and 2nd make line. The dude "cutting" a batch of chicken was chopping away at it like a NY butcher. What ever happened to Chipotle knife skills? I don't think he was wearing a cut glove either, so you won't have to worry about him much longer since he'll probably be a workman's comp claim soon anyway. Service was marginal at best. T1 person wouldn't be bothered to move down to salsa, so my bowl sat orphaned for a couple minutes while I waited on Salsa person to come up. She had literally just put gloves on, so how did the top of it get so messy? $25 for this absolute travesty of a meal."
