"Today, I had a horrible experience due to the GM Sabrina. A few weeks ago our order was wrong. It was late, cold, and we just didn't feel like driving all the way back. I called and spoke with a MGR. She apologized and said she was sending gift cards for our next visit. So, this evening after a long day we decided to use our cards only to be told they couldn't be applied to our order and had to be specific items on the cards. I was shocked because the items didn't align with our original order. Sabrina, was no help, I explained my understanding was I was going to have the gift cards and we would be able to apply it to the bill and we would pay the difference. Sabrina, gave no assurance of help, didn't provide any solution, insinuated I was a liar, and then blamed me for not coming back that night because they messed up. Sabrina needs management training and understanding on how to fix small issues with basic customer service. I will never eat here again. It would have gone along way to apply the 15.00 to our meal and fix the issue, however Sabrina didn't want to do her job. It's unfortunate Sabrina decided to not help the matter."
"The food was good, but beyond that I’ve never had a Chick-fil-a experience like this one. We walked in to order and most of the unoccupied tables were dirty. There was a young man sweeping the floors, but no one touched the tables the entire time (40 min) we were there. When we got to the counter no one was at the counter and no one acknowledged us. I had to catch an employee’s eye to get someone to come take our order. Again, the food was fine, the service time was good, they seemed to have plenty of staff, but I can’t really say much else was good. When we left, the garbage can was overflowing, another sight I’ve never seen at a CFA. I will add that this weekend is an event weekend at the coliseum, so maybe the employees there were wiped out/this is out of the ordinary, however the inside wasn’t packed by any means, which is why I had higher expectations."
