Moe's Southwest Grill 113 Coliseum Crossing, Hampton, VA 23666

"Ordered two bowls online, each came missing over half of the toppings that were requested, INCLUDING the queso I paid extra for (also corn, sour cream, jalapeños, peppers and onions, poblano crema sauce). When I called to tell them, I was told “sorry it won’t happen again next time”. I spoke to Mike who stated a full refund would be issued but has never been received one almost a week later.I will be going to Chipotle from now on."

"I don't think I'll be placing any more orders at this location again. Every time I've placed a mobile order for the Hampton Moe's, there's been something wrong. I guess we're supposed to have to rip the bag completely open here to check for something as simple as napkins and utensils, because there's never any included with my burrito bowl to-go orders. I could use my chips, but wait, despite adding a bowl of quaso to this order, I only got 1/4 a bag of chips, and that's being generous. Finally get some utensils and the steak and vegetables in my order are refrigerator cold at this point, which is troubling, as a freshly prepared bowl shouldn't be this cold in 19 minutes from time of my order. I know this to be a fact as I've worked at Moe's. This is definitely not how we were trained to do our job... There was no greeting, the only employee I saw in the entire store just stood there with a look of absolute annoyance on their face...0 customer service or engagement. Sad. Not certain what's going on here, but this location has quickly become worst than Jefferson Commons."

"There is always something wrong here. We arrived 45 min before close to just not getting greated like they use too and get turned away and told that they are only doing online orders from a female manager that was ruid!! It's not worth placing an order online and wait longer when I'm standing in front of you. Is there Not enough staff?? Are they over whelmed with online orders to were they are turning customers away from ordering in store?? Is this a new thing at Moe's?"

"Wish i can give minus point or zero Wrong order , order a veggie burritos and veggie bowl , burritos came with steak which is we cannot eat. I called manage and it was confirm by employee who is pretend to be a manager its their mistake. Instead of a applogy and full refund she refused to give me refund. While I was waiting to get my money to be refunded they secretly called police. We did not make loud noice or try to make this issue larger, we asked for General manager or owner contact. They said they are on vacation and did not gave me contact nor they advice me anything to whom should we contact. After arrival of police they gave me half return . KIDDING ME , we didnot feel to eat and we feel voming to see steak in my burritos as we donot eat beef in our life. I had taken pictures of food and reciept. Can we not expect an appology and full refund.. ??"

"My photo may not be appetizing but the food was great. The inside was really clean and tidy. The service was welcoming. I got tofu soft tacos with various veggies. Chips were included and there is a salsa bar. Everything tasted great. If you're a vegan, this location is a good place to get a quick meal."
