"I've never had any issues with this Chick-fil-A untill today. Did a mobile order for two sandwiches and two of the specialty drinks and was given the wrong drinks. And it sucks cause you can't call the store to speak with someone you have to leave a voicemail"
"I will preface my recent experience by saying, I have never had an issue with Chick-fil-A or their customer support. With that being said, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. On November 7th, I ordered a Cobb salad from this location to take to work. Once I started eating the meal I noticed not ONE but TWO live bugs in my salad. I immediately called the location (which is just a recording) and left a voice mail. Waited 48 hours for someone to reach out from the store then called the customer care/corporate line and was told that the matter would be escalated and to wait 3-5 business days. After calling corporate for the 2nd time, we are now 10 days post the initial incident and all I wanted was my refund, but now I have to write Google reviews."
"This used to be the best Chick-fil-A in Hampton. Recently, the food has not been superb and today was the worst breakfast ever. The chicken was smaller than the bread and the iced coffee taste like coffee, water and as always I never receive the French vanilla creamer with it. I guess Mr. Perry’s best cooks have left the building. Sorry I won’t be back."

I got 1 pa k of creamy salsa and 1 pack of avocado lime #3 what should be chicken nuggets was a large single piece of chicken. #4 husband's spicy deluxe has no cheese despite the order of pepper jack What is wrong chic fil a????"
"Very long wait. Food was cold. Still love Chic Fil A flavor! Update: the wait is still very much the longest on all of the Peninsula. The original recipes are the only reason we visit once in a while. The atmosphere is a 2 because a few employees who have worked at the location a very long time are fun, inviting, and helpful. Most every other employee I have been in contact with seems like they don't eant to be there. Not good vibes. If I'm anywhere close to another location, I choose there. Other locations frequently send rewards, never this location, though!"
