"One cashier had her light on but "barked rudely" at me that she was leaving but was trying to help the customer that she was with! The next cashier that I went to was pleasant and efficient! If a cashier is can't be nice to ALL customers in any given situation and can't handle the pressure then she should not be cashiering! That was terrible customer service to me and I've been working on in Customer Service for over 40 years and never talked to or treated a customer as she did! She was an older woman with white/gray hair and glasses! Im older too and don't treat any customer that way! She was very rude!"

"Customer service was awesome this morning!! Kayla the manager was so helpful printing out a much needed receipt for me. She came out with a smile and took her time getting me just what I wanted. The lady at the service desk (don’t know her name) was very helpful too. Love this Target!!!! Thanks ladies."

"The employees here go above and beyond the standard level of customer service. I bought a few things for the kids that just didn’t fit. Returns were fast and easy. I live in the Hickory part of Chesapeake, and this target is definitely my favorite. Lisa was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this target!"

"Out of the Targets i did visit here in Virginia this had to be the cleanest the best organized and the best stocked with the best curb appeal . It seemed to have the best customer service also . I think because of the location was more on the better side of virginia only my opinion . Thumbs up"

"Start basic: this is the best target I have ever been to. It’s in a very nice part of Chesapeake (Edinburgh) and is in a perfect location right off the by pass. Service: the employees here take a step further than most retail employees to ensure you have a nice shopping experience. For example, when you are looking for an item instead of saying it’s on a certain isle, they will walk with you until you find what you are looking for. Everyone is always friendly too. Amenities: this location has a Pizza Hut express and a Starbucks. This target is huge and always has everything you ever could want and more. The hard part is not buying more than you need. Every time I go I find something I wasn’t looking for that I need at home, which usually saves a second store trip. Same day pickup is offered here. They usually have my online same day pick up order ready in under an hour. Quality: all the items you purchase here of normal target quality, which is definitely better than Walmart. Also they are renovating this location and when it’s done it is going to be like shopping in a luxury store. The upgrades are very modern and sleek. See the pictures!"
