"David in Electronics night shift was so patient with me insisting me with my phone service. The transfer lasted longer than expected he helped and stayed to assist me past his shift. He has excellent customer service and walked me through the service as the representative had me on the phone for about 30 minutes. Walmart David is a Good employee to your company . Thank you David"
"The member fast lane was not fast at all. In fact they were letting people who didn't have Scan and Go use the lanes and hold up those of us who do. I pay for my membership for the convenience and so I don't have to wait in a long line."
"the customer service is absolute trash. I was trying to remove some items that were not needed anymore and when I asked for help, the guy and another guy were having a conversation that was NOT work related and tried to hurry up and rush with the problem that I had going on. I highly recommend to not go to this specific Walmart. All they have is employees that just walk around and talk all day and not want to actually get on the registers and take people. But are eager for everyone to get on self checkout DESPITE the several employees that they have working there."
"This Walmart location, its employees, and the community experienced a terrible tragedy. Afterward, the location was closed for several months and remodeled, which was needed even before this event occurred. I love that they included a memorial for all of the employees who lost their lives here. The remodel is nice and definitely gave this Walmart an update. The branding on the walls and visual display areas are fantastic. There has been an increase in the number of self checkout areas that are nicely spaced. They even have marked areas on the floor for a suggestion of where to put your cart to make self check out easier. The one thing I didn't like was how the clothing areas are set up. There were a lot of small, closed in sections, making it feel like a maze. The inclusion of a "grab & go" area at the front, almost like a convenience store, is another nice touch."
"It's nice to see Walmart reopened. Everything now (as of 20 April, 2023) looks different from the last time I went. My condolences goes to the ones we lost on the day of the shooting and to the families as well."
