They were able to fit me in last minute, tow my vehicle to their shop, and resolve my radiator issue all in the same day - plus it started snowing midday and still had my car back before 4pm. They were also super friendly and knowledgeable. This is the 3rd time I’ve had radiator issues in the past few months, and this is the 1st time I feel confident the issue has been resolved (see photo that shows what they discovered from the previous shop’s “repair”). Will 100% be a returning customer to Richmond Auto Repair and Towing."
