"I have been purchasing bras from Soma for quite a while now. On several occasions throughout the years I’ve been in the store to be measured and the staff have really been helpful and customer service was good. Today totally changed my opinion of Soma at Short Pump and the staff. As me and my best friend were walking in a caucasian man and woman were walking in right behind us. A staff person greeted them and asked them if they needed any help. Not one time were we acknowledged or asked if we needed any help. The manager herself didn’t say a word either. The level of disrespect was unacceptable. I don’t normal comment or give a bad review but the lack of customer service and even common courtesy to customers was awful. I love Soma and will probably continue to shop there, but I don’t ever have to see these rude and unprofessional people again. I will be spreading the word about the customer service at Soma."

I have never in 40 years had more helpful customer service. I probably tried on forty or fifty bras until I found the perfect combo for my needs. She was so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. These bras are worth the money because they fit perfectly thanks to Danielle’s expert help. Please see her if you like superb customer service and in depth knowledge."

"got body shamed by the woman who did my fitting, who said i was a ‘weird size’, who also did the fitting in the middle of the store without asking, and then pointed me to bras that would “hide my back fat”, told me i was “sweating through” too many of the bras to try on other sizes, and was just generally rude the entire time. seriously just avoid the store."
