Fabletics

"This is about the WEBSITE. I got billed for a monthly subscription that I did not sign up for (or perhaps they put it somewhere in tiny print-either way, shady) and when I contacted PayPal, fabletics denied the case. I’ve seen other cases of this happening with fabletics. This makes me want to give this company zero business. Do better"

"Every time I go to this store, everyone is so helpful and nice to talk to. I've always struggled with body image issues and self esteem issues regarding it, so trying on clothes at stores has always been tough for me. But the people there, Angie and Kailyn I think, were really kind and encouraging about finding things that actually fits me and suits my body shape and made me feel really good in the clothes I tried on. It was overall a very nice experience"

"Was so excited to see an actual store, awesome to be able to see all of the products before buying vs online only experience. The manager was super helpful, fun and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. Even over-heard her helping the people before us and she just seems to go over and beyond for the customers. Thank you Katie for all of the advice! You were such a doll♥️ absolutely OBSESSED with fabletic products the material is high quality and my last pair I think was about a year and a half which is by far longer lasting than any leggings I have EVER owned! 10/10 highly recommend"

"This is NOT about the store but the website. 1st I have a dangerous love hate relationship with this company... The clothes feel amazing and look fabulous, but this dang monthly billing sends my anxiety into overdrive! Just got an email that I was charged for the monthly billing even though I placed an order. Cool part, they fixed the problem immediately. Now, Imma have to break up with them because my nerves can't take this type of drama... No leggings is worth this type of mental torture."

"Not a review of this location, but the company overall. The shopping process used deceptive links to lure me in. I had to slowly provide various information, agree to texts, and sign up for a paid membership. Cancelling seemed impossible online. I called in and had a “monitored” phone conversation with an automatic machine. The rep told me the membership was free in order to get me to stay, which is a lie. Told me I had to cancel my order if I wanted to cancel the membership. Not easy to do business with. Little transparency or respect for time. Maybe the store locations are better, but I won’t be finding out."
