"I visited a few times, each time was a horrible experience. Barely any employees and the owner never seems to be there? I understand it’s a boutique but over half the things I saw there were also on the Shein website for a fraction of Piffy’s price. Why would I want to pay a fortune for same cheap quality shein has to offer? I was not at all impressed with the quality enough to pay that much. I try hard to support small businesses and give multiple chances but whoever seems to be running this business either doesn’t care, or is way in over their head."
