"I have made several returns to this American eagle and aerie store, All I ever have to do is show them the order confirmation and things are fine. All of a sudden now we have to show the card information? They said this isn't new policy but it definitely is because I have never been asked to show the card I paid with only the order confirmation. They said they have to make sure it's the same card turns out it wasn't the same card but they still refunded it onto the card that I had. So I had to search through my emails for nothing. This has never been something they have done so I don't know why they would say it's always been this way when it hasn't. Made the return process way more complicated than it needed to be and took forever. I came prepared with all of my order confirmation numbers then all of a sudden was told something completely different."

"I like this store (s) a lot and have been shopping there sine high school. Of course I buy different items now..but they've always got something. Oh yeah- and a shout out for Aerie Offline bras- most comfy bras I have tried. I'm large chested and they provide the support that I need. Also the Offline leggings are great as well. Better than some of the more expensive brands of leggings."

"Their cashiers are not paying attention when they order something online for you. They are very careless and can easily surprise me in the package with a different color despite I showed her the color and same item and I needed 32” but still after the delivery the second in-charge male person with glasses didn’t listen and didn’t care and just returned my money and that was a different level of bad customer service. Don’t trust American Eagle at short pump store as there are a bunch of useless and careless employees specially the cashier and specifically the second in-charge who wear glasses. Very unprofessional place to buy and ask for help to order online…"
