"I placed an order last week for Christmas gifts. I did 2 day delivery. The items still have not been delivered so I called customer service. They told me the only option was to cancel the order and replace it. But now it won’t get here by Christmas. This order was 90% all of my boyfriend’s Christmas gifts so now he has almost no presents. They don’t me there was nothing they could do."

"This is a great store with some of the friendliest staff. They are super helpful and knowledgeable. I love the feel, the fit, and the style of Tommy Bahama and I am so happy there is a store I can go to so I can check out the new arrivals. So much better to see this stuff in person versus looking it at on a screen. I was able to pick out a vest, find a shirt that matched it, then tried it on in the dressing room to see if it actually worked and it did. You can't do that online, so I highly recommend you guys checking this store out."
"I'm a little bit biased because I really enjoyed the Tommy Bahama products. The products themselves are great quality and have detailed stitching, which if I'm going to pay that much money for clothing I want it to look and feel like it's money well spent . The sales staff there is very helpful and always willing to make sure you find what you're looking for, and answer any questions. The assortment changes fairly regularly with the seasons. I hate spending a lot of money on clothes, but my wife made a good point, if you really like it and you going to wear it a lot and it's going to last overtime.... it's worth the extra money."
