Two other shoppers came in and the two shop girls immediately stopped their conversation and could not have been more helpful... "I recently visited this location and must say that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I walked into an empty store and neither of the sales ladies addressed me. I walked around the store and even stood close (at least 6 ft away) from one of them, and she never said a word. She instead, looked in my direction and went to the fitting room. I felt unwanted in the store and quickly left. I refuse to spend my money in a place where I don’t feel welcome. This may seem like no big deal to some, but customer service is what keeps customers coming back. A quick “hello”, “may I help you?”, or “are you looking for something in particular?” goes a long way. No one likes being ignored."
