"The bagel sandwiches are always so good and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is pleased. One young man even showed me if my bagel was too toasted for my liking! Wonderful service! The gal at the cash register is always so nice too. I’m so glad a bagel place finally opened in Suffolk!"

"I originally went on opening day, which was a little chaotic & of course busy, but the bagel was delicious. Today I definitely can’t say the same. The employees were honestly rude & not friendly at all. Both my bagel and my husbands weren’t good. They were cold, which is weird because the eggs are cooked to order, so I thought. The cheese wasn’t melted at all and the bacon definitely was not cooked. Now it probably comes “pre cooked” but it was flimsy and cold. As a pregnant woman, this is so dangerous for me to eat. Even for non pregnant people, this isn’t safe. Even if it comes “precooked”. You’d think they had some extensive training prior to opening. I’m not sure if they need to go through it again or if this was out of pure laziness, but now I’m nervous to order anything from there with the risk of it being improperly made."

"Service this time was not good. My sandwich looked disgusting, extremely sloppy, cold and with added things I did not ask for. I asked a simple bacon egg and cheese with avocado added. I received a sloppy sandwich with cold tomatoes, cold bacon, non melted cheese, spinach and slob of Avocadoes stuffed in it. It was not appetizing to me at all. I threw it away."

"Store was almost out of everything and the quality was terrible. My wife was told that bagels that were in the window were made wrong and the employee said he refused to sell them. The amount of brisket on my bagel was embarrassing after looking at the picture on the menu. The cheese on top of the bagel was black and looked like just a melted slice of cheese. Not a good first impression on a brand new store."

"Went for grand opening this morning, staff definitely is still learning, but everyone had a positive attitude and good communication. Wait was about 15 minutes for and Iced coffee, a bagel sandwich and burrito. The food is absolutely amazinggg! I had the brisket sandwich which has the perfect amount of kick, my friend got the burrito and said it was spicy as well but good! They also had the pre made blackberry lemonade which they said was good as well I had the cold brew vanilla cold foam coffee which was perfect.
