"Our meals were hot and delicious. Service was great even though the restaurant was packed. My husband thought his fried chicken had no flavor but everyone else enjoyed their food. I had a side salad (very fresh) and a loaded sweet potato (highly recommend!) for lunch and it was delicious. They were out of several items-berry tea, pecan sauce for the sweet potato and cranberry juice, so I had unsweet tea to drink!"

"Michaella, our server, was such a breath of fresh air! Amazingly positive attitude and smile! She brightened our already bright day even more. The atmosphere is awesome at this cracker barrel, right down to the wood fire burning in the large hearth. We will definitely make a point to go back again and again!"

"Our experience was not the greatest but as always the food was amazing. Our waitress seemed tired or just didn't like her job. It took 15 minutes for her to greet us and another 15 to get our drinks. Then once we got our check finally having to ask for refills for our drinks we were charge extra for a meal we didn't even get. The manager was very nice, helpful and resolved that issue but even though I insisted she didn't charge me for my coffee which was super nice of her. This will not stop us from coming back but hopefully the waitress is having a better night then."

"Our server said there was a delay because the kitchen was backed up, but people who were seated well after us received their food before us. We weren’t a large party; just 3 of us. When the food came, it was cold. I had to ask for biscuits then I had to ask for jelly. She was unapologetic. Either she needs more training as a server or training on diversity & inclusion (the large party beside us wasn’t experiencing the same delays). Everyone else was kind but the delays made us run behind for the event we were headed to."

"We had a table next to the fireplace to keep us warm on one of the first sub freezing days. Service was good, kept my coffee full. Wait time to get our food was a little long, but we were in no rush. My eggs were ordered over medium and came out over easy. No big deal, just a little more runny than I care for. Overall a good breakfast dining experience."
