"We had wine, appetizer, entree, and dessert on a night they were slammed with crowds from a festival, yet everything we got was carefully prepared and it was a delightful dinner. We wanted to try Peruvian cuisine and every option had authentic recipes and ingredients. It was all prepared from scratch to order, on the other side of a partition we were sitting by. I suggest studying the menu in advance if, like me, you are not familiar with this type of food. There were all types of customers: families with small children, business traveler, people speaking other languages, some carry out customers. I was happy to see how successful their business is."

"Food is wonderful, service is a little slow but the staff are very friendly. Tried the yucca appetizer, whole chicken with fries and plantains, and one of their traditional menu dishes, and mango juice. Everything was well seasoned, cooked perfectly, tasted fresh and delicious. Love the green sauce that comes with the chicken. Definitely coming back. Give them a try!"

"This small restaurant on Main Street has a relaxed vibe, hard working staff, and good food. The food is made to order and comes out hot or cold, depending on the dish. Expect to spend 1 to 1.5 hours. Ordered the octopus appetizer, Octopus Antichuchero. The octopus was very chewy, but well seasoned and came with tender potatoes. Mains we had Arroz con Mariscos and Frijol con seco. The Arroz con Mariscos had delicious rice and well cooked mussels and shrimp, the octopus in the dish was very chewy. The Frijol con seco beef was smooth and tender the rice was seasoned with cumin and was delicious. Dessert was the highlight of the meal. 10/10. We ordered a Chocolucmq and Picarones. The fruit purée on the chocolucma was so so good. The picarones were light and delightfully crispy, the molasses sauce was thin and worked well with the sweet potato flavors. There is abundant public parking behind the restaurant and limited street parking in front."

"First time in and it was an amazing experience. Saturday night with live music elevated the atmosphere (I must be getting old because I thought it was a little loud. But it was good). Wait staff was attentive and helpful. Cool old building downtown - limited seating but comfortable. No issues getting a table for us. Food was exceptional! - both in presentation and taste. Delivered to our table in a timely manner - hot and delicious. Good value for the money. Highly recommend that you give it a try."
