"I had an anatomy scan scheduled for today at suite G18 in the Levy building. My appt was scheduled for 10:00 and I got to the suite at 10:12 and was refused my appt. I am a high risk pregnancy and I explained to the very unprofessional receptionist that I live 45 mins away and had two road closures within 10 mins of the hospital which is why I was late. The receptionist NEVER asked if I could still be seen being only 12 mins late. I was treated very poorly and the staff was very unprofessional and completely ignorant. I am an office supervisor for Jefferson Health and I am appalled by this office and staff. Patient care was NOT top priority. I will NEVER return to this poorly run facility or refer any patients to this facility. I’m actually angry that I have to even give them one star."
