"This location has the worst customer service. Just sitting in the waiting room you can see how they treat people like they are annoying them. The wait time is so much longer that it needs to be. I need to find a better place for blood work. This place has no customer service or patient care skills. What a waste of time!"

"Update: came here again for routine bloodwork and was seen before my appt time (I showed up early) and the tech was kind and efficient. So my experiences have been positive overall!! It's our civic duty to remember to report on a good, if unremarkable visit, when a place has a bunch of bad reviews. I made an appointment here, was seen in a timely manner upon arriving, was treated with respect and courtesy, and the lab was done well. Thanks and keep up the good work!"

"The system for specimens drop off is not the smartest process.. as you have to still sit and wait til your appt and they do not stick to the appts.. always delay so your specimen sit and sit there with you in the waiting room. This process make no sense. Drop off should be quick and not as cumbersome."

"This review is specifically for Christina, an unhelpful, deeply unprofessional employee. She couldn’t understand my prescription, then decided she didn’t want to draw my blood, asked me to wait in a room with a chair that didn’t work, loudly discussed my situation with her coworker (which is what upset me the most) and openly complained about me and my doctor. I couldn’t believe what was happening. I get blood work routinely at quest and have never had such an awful experience. Christine, I hope you gain a sense of professionalism and empathy. On the other hand, Christine’s coworker was fantastic and very helpful. Night and day. Updating my review: it’s been 3.5 days and still no results. I have a feeling the team saw my negative review and tampered with my blood because it’s never taken this long to get results. If this is the case, this is serious professional misconduct punishable by law. While I would never normally even imagine someone capable of something so egregious, I wouldn’t put it past Christine who was so deeply unprofessional and seemingly petty. I’ll update again when the results come in but please avoid this place at all costs."

"I drove a little bit out of my way to come to this specific center as all other places near me didn't have morning appointments. I arrived early, check-in at the kiosk was very easy. I realized I forgot my lab orders at home but I waited to be brought back anyways as I knew they might have them in the system. Jeri was my tech & she was amazing. She quickly pulled up my lab report, went over everything with me & was extremely professional. After 4 vials of blood, I did get light headed. She quickly took off my baseball hat, had me lay my head down, she fanned the back of my neck, grabbed my water & waited until I came back to consciousness to bring me to another room to lay out. Super great experience, 10/10."
