"Disheartened by my care here, always a long wait, providers are very unfamiliar with my history/meds/delivery (despite it all being well documented in my chart) and spend very little time during face to face visits. Some providers are kind and others make you feel like a burden."

"Abington/Womencare has severely gone down hill. Been going to this practice for well over a decade and after trying to use their website to make an appointment, I received a voicemail that they canceled it because it’s been too long for me to be considered an existing patient and the appointment “will need more time because I am considered new.” That’s a first. Next, I try to schedule an appointment online and there is nothing available for “new” patients. I am sad to say that after receiving care through Abington since I was a teenager that I am officially parting ways with this entire system due the alarming lack of quality care available. It was never like this. I hadn’t come in because of the pandemic. After this experience I scheduled an appointment in 5 days with an OBGYN with 40 years of experience, friendly office staff, and 5 star ratings everywhere I looked. Bye."

"Horrible, horrible practice. No one returns your calls, and it takes forever to make appointments. This review is based on the way they handled my wife's pregnancy. She is now switching doctors. The receptionists are rude and dismissive, even when she was dealing with an urgent pregnancy matter. I can't believe people still use their practice, with the way they treat their patients- especially when many of them are pregnant and concerned about the child's health. Do yourself a favor and choose another practice."

"If you're looking for a trusting, communicative, loyal doctors office than i suggest you look any where BUT Women Care. I'm 26 years old and have been going to this place my whole life. Don't ever expect them to answer the phone, don't ever expect them to call you back in the same day, and don't ever expect them to allow you to speak to your doctor directly. This place should be ashamed. I work in a similar position at another doctors office in the Philadelphia doing admin work....so i know first hand what it's like behind the desk on the other side of the phone. This really gives them no reason to be as unresponsive as they are especially when they have a "department" for EVERYTHING. The only reason I even gave them 2 stars is because if you're lucky enough to see a doctor they're actually pretty amazing...but then again shouldn't all OB/GYN's have the utmost respectable bedside manner? Last thing to note...if you're BIPOC, beware you're walking into a sea of white women."

"I switched to this practice for my first baby. The first place I went to was terrible. I was seen right on time for my appointment. Every doctor I have seen has been knowledgeable and kind. This is my first pregnancy and they have been very open to making sure that all of my questions are answered. I watch them greet other long term patients by their name and the ultrasound techs out in Willow Grove have been phenomenal at explaining what I’m seeing and making sure they give me enough time to take it all in. I don’t know why this place doesn’t have good reviews."
